SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

At Robinfood, we are committed to delivering our premium health products to you in the best condition and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our shipping practices for orders placed on www.robinfoodsindia.com.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within India.

  • Domestic: We cover most pin codes across India through our courier partners.
  • International: At this time, we do not ship internationally.

2. Processing and Dispatch Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Dispatch: You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after [Insert Time, e.g., 2:00 PM] will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3 - 5 business days.
  • Rest of India: 5 - 7 business days.
  • Remote Locations: 7 - 10 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or courier operational issues.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) at info@robinfoodsindia.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
